Shuna Group specializes in finding, developing, managing, marketing and selling real estate assets in Cyprus.

The Group was founded by developer Ori Huna five years ago as part of a business journey to the island of Cyprus.  

Ori, who was involved in several real estate development and investment projects in Israel, began to work in Cyprus as well about six years ago, at the recommendation of a friend. He started gradually, first marketing and selling assets on the island and then buying several assets, as well as partnering with a large Israeli investment firm in a development project of residential buildings near the new marina in Larnaca.  

Many already recognize Cyprus as a strategic location for potential investors as well as for middle-class persons, as the island of Cyprus offers an inexpensive springboard for the Israeli investor, from acquiring a yielding asset through diverse real estate development – precisely the juncture for which Shuna Group was established.
