Shuna Group and Netanel Group mark a new chapter in Larnaca
Joint venture presents a 100,000 sqm portfolio of developments across Larnaca during a private event by the sea.
On 10 September, Shuna Group and Netanel Group welcomed friends, partners and associates to Atlantis Gardens in Mazotos for a private evening by the sea, celebrating their joint venture and growing presence in Larnaca.
The evening placed the spotlight on a much wider real estate vision already taking shape across the city.
Shuna Group and Netanel Group have built a growing and diverse portfolio across Larnaca, ranging from large-scale residential communities and mixed-use developments to apartments, villas and seaside residences. With projects at different stages of development across key locations, the joint venture is establishing a significant long-term presence in the city.
Netanel Group, a publicly listed Israeli real estate company with an established development track record in Israel and internationally, including Manhattan, brings international development experience to the joint venture, alongside Shuna Group’s strong local presence and understanding of the Larnaca market.
With offices at Radisson Blu Larnaca, the joint venture reflects a shared confidence in Larnaca’s potential and an ambition to contribute meaningfully to the city’s next stage of development.
A portfolio taking shape across Larnaca
Across Oroklini, Livadia and New Livadia, the portfolio responds to different ways of living and investing in Larnaca, from individual residences and villas to larger residential communities and mixed-use destinations.
Among the developments currently taking shape are Luna Residences, Park Oro, 88 Residences, Eleftheria Seaside Living, Orama by the Sea and Shuna on the Beach, alongside further projects within the growing pipeline.
During the evening, guests were also introduced to ZIN Residences, one of the latest additions to the portfolio and a new resort-inspired mixed-use community in Oroklini.
Derived from the Greek «Ζην» — “to live”, ZIN brings together 246 apartments with workspaces, retail, wellness and shared amenities within a 22,000 sqm integrated environment inspired by contemporary Mediterranean living.
The development is one expression of the broader philosophy behind the portfolio: creating places around how people want to live today, while responding to the long-term potential of Larnaca.
Business, relationships and a reason to celebrate
At the heart of the evening was Ori Huna, whose personal connection with Larnaca, belief in the city’s potential and relationships developed in Cyprus over the years have played an important role in shaping the joint venture’s presence in the city.
As the formal part of the evening came to a close, Hovig took to the stage accompanied by his orchestra and dancers, followed by Arsen P, who travelled from Athens especially for the occasion. Music and celebrations continued by the sea, bringing together guests, partners and friends.
